It offers real-time monitoring of occupancy and record-keeping of both unit owner and unit tenant profiles. CMS Space enhances operational efficiency by providing tools for automatic computation of association dues based on unit type and area and mass-generation and mass-sending of monthly statements of account. CMS Space is scalable. It allows property managers to manage not just one property but multiple properties - all within the same database.

Allows management of User and User Access Rights, Audit Log, System Parameters, and Custom Fields.

Profile Management

Handles the generation, management, and tracking of owner and tenant profiles.

Billing

Allows users to generate invoices, accept payments, and handle the generation and sending of Statements of Account.

Facilities Management

Manages the condominium’s facilities, record and track reservations of facilities, and block reservation time or date.

Unit Management

Allows the tracking of condominium unit information like unit number, area, unit type, etc. Works with the Billing module for automatically computing the association dues based on area, unit type, etc.

Multiple Property

Allows the management of multiple condominium properties under the same database. Easily switch between different properties using the same user login.

Job Order

Records maintenance tasks and tracks whether these tasks have been done.

Unit owners and tenants can update their basic information stored in the Condominium Membership System.

View Statement of Account

Unit owners and tenants can receive, download and view their billing statements.

Add and View Reservation

Unit owners and tenants can view the availability of amenities in real-time and make their reservations from their mobile phones.

Newsfeed

Unit Owners and Tenants can view building announcements like: neighborhood events, fire drills, road closures, elevator maintenance, pest control, etc.

Instant Notifications

Unit owners and tenants will receive important building announcements via Push or SMS Notifications.
