Accounting & Admin Assistant

Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry

    • Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.

  2. Accounts Payable

    • Process invoices, vendor payments, and receipts.

    • Reconcile accounts and maintain organized, up-to-date records.

  3. Bank Reconciliation

    • Match internal records with bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  4. Document Management

    • Organize and maintain accounts payable vouchers, financial records, and receipts.

  5. Financial Reporting Support

    • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Reception Support

    • Assist with answering phones, handling inquiries, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.

  2. Mail & Deliveries

    • Help sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Familiar with BIR Relief, Alphalists, and related compliance processes
  • Solid background in bookkeeping and preparation of trial balances
  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours when necessary
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to have

  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Documents
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling administrative support tasks
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
