Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:

Data Entry

Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.

Accounts Payable

Process invoices, vendor payments, and receipts.

Reconcile accounts and maintain organized, up-to-date records.

Bank Reconciliation

Match internal records with bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Document Management

Organize and maintain accounts payable vouchers, financial records, and receipts.

Financial Reporting Support

Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Reception Support

Assist with answering phones, handling inquiries, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.

Mail & Deliveries
-
Help sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiar with BIR Relief, Alphalists, and related compliance processes
- Solid background in bookkeeping and preparation of trial balances
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours when necessary
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Nice to have
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Documents
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling administrative support tasks
- Ability to multitask and work independently
